Creative Resistance: Art & Activism Against 2SLGBTQIA+ Gender-Based Violence (GBV)

This free 2-day summit is happening July 19–20, 2025 at 519 Church Street in Toronto, ON.  This summit is designed to empower 2SLGBTQIA+ youth to use art as activism against GBV targeting 2SLGBTQIA+ young people.

The summit will feature:

   Creative workshops & anti-GBV discussions lead by experienced artists, activists, writers, speakers and organizers
   Open mic, art-making & zine-making
   Catered lunch and snacks
   Networking with local & international youth, artists, writers, speakers and activists

We’re prioritizing applications from racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, and other equity-deserving youth located in and near Toronto. Space for attendees is limited.
