Join us every Tuesday, from 6 to 7 pm at The 519 [519 Church St.]
The practice includes a short meditation, optional breath work, and gentle physical yoga postures. Mat and cleaning supplies available, TTC tickets upon request, light snacks provided, dress comfortably.
