Wanted! Queer Open Mic on Oct 3

WERE BACK!! Hosting the second Queer Open Mic (and @sputtlebee birthday show!) at @threedollarbill.parkdale Thurs Oct 3🎤

Come at 8pm to get your name on the signup sheet! performances start after the preshow, first come first serve! Can’t wait to see you all there (tech info in comments)

All art styles welcome, anything that can be performed live in front of an audience is encouraged, no acts turned away!

where: 1592 Queen Street West. Three Dollar Bill Parkdale

Bring an instrument or a track with your music and showcase your art live! each performer gets 2 songs

TECH INFO:
There will be 2 mics, one for your vocals and one for your instrument + a mixer if youre instrument plugs in (or if youre working with a track for drag/burlesque)
There will be a house keyboard for pianists so you dont have to lug one out here
There is space for a snare if you have a drummer, but there will not be a drumkit on site
ALL PERFORMING ARTS WELCOME!! music, drag, burlesque, puppetry, dance, comedy, spoken word/slam poetry and anything that can be done live in front of an audience. Come surprise us with your talents, this will be a great opportunity to meet other Queer creatives in the city and share your art with the community!
