Bring on some mid-week zen with an hour of Tai Chi, a low-impact exercise and ancient Chinese martial art. Facilitated by Dave S. Surman, an acupuncturist and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.
Benefits of Tai Chi include improved balance and coordination, and reduced stress.
Classes run Wednesdays from September 4 to November 27, between 9:30 and 10:30 am. No registration is required, and each class has space for 20 people.
