Light candles. Break Challah. Meet cute Queer Jews.

Yenta the Matchmaker presents:

Milk & Honey is a fun, cozy Queer Jewish Shabbat mixer for folks in their 20s and 30s-ish who want good vibes, good company, and a sweet way to kick off Shabbat.

We’ll gather over candles, challah, and dairy goodness for a short, inclusive Shabbat welcome — then settle into what really matters: schmoozing, laughing, flirting (if you want), and feeling at home in queer Jewish community.

Come solo, come with friends, come curious. This is not a speed-dating event and definitely not awkward synagogue energy. It’s low-pressure, high-warmth, and very much “pull up a chair and stay awhile.”

What’s on the menu (vibes-wise):

A welcoming Shabbat moment (quick, inclusive, zero pressure)

Mingling in a relaxed, queer-affirming space

Dairy food (with vegan options) included

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase

   Sweet connections, romantic or otherwise

Who it’s for:
Queer Jewish folks in their 20s & 30s-ish. All genders, identities, and expressions welcome. Partners and friends encouraged.

Why Milk & Honey?
Because Shabbat should feel abundant, sweet, and full of possibility — and because dairy + queers + candles = elite combo.

✨ Come for Shabbat. Stay for the schmooze. ✨

All proceeds will be donate to Machane Lev (North America's ONLY LGBTQ+ Jewish overnight camp)
