Join Queers 4 Palestine, Queer Muslim Network, and DJs Against Apartheid for Material Moves, a DJ night and dance party fundraiser for mutual aid in Palestine and Tkaronto!

On the decks: Theysiii, Heebiejabi, Booty Cornfed, and Miss Kleio! Belly dancer Noor El-Raqs will also be performing! Pull up for genre-blurring global, gay club, techno, hardgrooves, bass, breaks, and more!

Q4P will also have merch for sale! Pick up a hanky to flag your solidarity with Palestine.

After paying the DJs and performers, all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Sameer Project and the Toronto Community Justice Fund. The Sameer Project is an initiative led by Palestinians in the diaspora to provide aid to families on the ground in Gaza. The Toronto Community Justice Fund provides support to community members in the GTA affected legally and financially by their organizing efforts to bring justice for Palestine.

Accessibility: The dance floor is accessible for folks using wheelchairs but the washrooms are down a narrow set of stairs. The closest accessible washroom is across the street at Dave’s Hot Chicken. There is a small outdoor space for smoke breaks. Masking is recommended and we will be providing free masks for those who want them. There will be safer sex and drug use supplies on site. Racist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise oppressive behaviour on the dancefloor will not be tolerated. Please inform a Q4P volunteer at the event if you have concerns.
