All the way from Edmonton Alberta this prairie fairy is here to make the straights a little uncomfortable, the queers moderately excited, and to make you all fun little gay drinks. Calliope’s commitment to inclusive hospitality drives her in all things, from her hospitality zine ‘Places You Are Welcome’, to her day to day work behind the bar. A self proclaimed homosexuality enthusiast she infuses each of her drinks with her love for all things queer (which means its legally considered homophobic if you don’t come to her popups)
