Harbourfront Vogue Session

Summer is just around the corner. You know what that means?

TIME TO VOGUE.

Back in the 70-80s, queer and trans black and Latinx people would go down to the piers in Christopher Street, New York to pose to music. These piers were not only a space away from discriminating eyes to practice stunts and compete, but also a space for the homeless to sleep and vulnerable youth to find relative safety.

In the spirit of OG ballroom, Princess Sunshine Old Navy is hosting a vogue at the pier session at Toronto’s very own harbourfront. Let’s honor all the people in ballroom who have come before us and pose! And pop! And stretch! And spin! And dip!

All styles of vogue welcome! Will bring speakers. Kindly bring ur own knee pads, sunscreen, water bottles.
