Embrace is Toronto's longest-running Queer and Trans-centered all ages open mic!

You’re invited to the next edition of Embrace, the longest-running queer open mic in Toronto! Free, all-ages, and any art form, from first draft to old favourites. It’s a place where your creativity is held and celebrated!

The November 2026 edition of Embrace will be held at our old home, Glad Day! We welcome performer sign-ups both online ahead of the event day and in-person just before the event. Sign-ups will open on Nov 4th. You’ll find the sign-up form on our Linktree: https://linktr.ee/ekembrace

EMBRACE is a queer and trans-inclusive open mic night that provides space for folks to share art of all forms and levels. We cater to all art forms such as poetry, spoken word, comedy, dance, live music, drag, storytelling and more. The perfect environment to share some words from your heart, a song you've been working on, try out some new jokes, or display some visual art, we have the platform for you. If performing isn't your thing, then join the audience as we support, encourage, and bask in the creativity with each other.
