in partnership with @threedollarbill.parkdale, director @eddyyang_film_official and producer @vannatrana, i am proud to present our first-ever Community Screening of @ellaellaofficial next Wednesday, June 19th at $3DB! Doors at 8, Show at 9 PM. 🎥

100% of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to @friendsofruby.ca, an org providing life-saving care and support for Toronto’s queer and trans youth. 🏳️‍⚧️🫶

This short film is a very tender exploration of the early days of my transition, filmed shortly after I publicly came out as trans. We were able to capture footage of our @saturnaliatoronto Libra SZN show featuring many familiar faces, and my lovely Dad wrote and performed the musical score for the film. 🩵

After the screening, we will have a brief Q+A with Ella Mayo + director Eddy Yang, plus special drag performances from yours truly + my drag husband @ay__divino ❤️

So much has changed in the last 2 years, and I am so excited to share this little transgender time capsule with you all for Pride. this screening is a celebration of the beauty of transness, the power of community, and the gift of growing up as a queer person 🩷🤍🩵
