DRAG ME TO THE MOVIES is a recurring screening series hosted by award-winning queer artist + curator Weird Alice. This series highlights films across multiple genres with a lens firmly focused on camp, queer stories, the tragically ludicrous and the ludicrously tragic. Each edition is paired with a different queer artist appearing live with pre-show performances and other out of the box interactive features to make cinema-going a unique and exciting experience.

AN ANATOMICALLY INCORRECT ROCK ODYSSEY! Drag Me To The Movies is bringing their wigs out of the box on July 12th for a special presentation of John Cameron Mitchell's musical classic. Bring the sugar home for Weird Alice and special guest Kurt Cumstain- it's 2001's HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH.

A German emigrant living in a trailer in Kansas is the victim of a botched sex-change operation. Adapted from the critically acclaimed off-Broadway rock theater hit, "Hedwig and the Angry Inch" tells the story of the "internationally ignored" rock singer, Hedwig, and her search for stardom and love.
