Bentway Summer Opening Night Party

Join The Bentway for a fabulous party to kick-off summer in the city! Come mix, mingle, and dance under the Gardiner with friends and neighbours. Groove to beats from local DJs Lucie Tic and Fawn Big Canoe, take a break for eats from your favourite food trucks, and check out our just-opened public art exhibition Softer City.

The evening culminates with a massive collective line dance, led by local queer line dancing icons SPURS. Grab your dancing shoes, try something new, and maybe even meet a summer bff!

A $20 ticket to the Opening Night Party helps keep our other summer programming free for everyone!

   The venue is outdoors.
   The Bentway is wheelchair accessible.  
   The party will happen rain or shine!
   Universal and all-gender washrooms are available on site.  
   The event is all-ages; photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.
   All tickets are non-refundable.
   While our site is open year-round to all pets, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for this party. Service animals exempted.
