Calling all queer yappers! One of the benefits of so-called “Queer spaces” is that they provide us with room (or they’re supposed to provide us with room) to “be ourselves,” to exist authentically in a world that does not make doing so safe. But what does it mean to “be yourself”? What does it feel like? When and where do you feel most like yourself (or your selves)? Is that connected to your queerness, and if so, how? What else is it connected to? If you want to, how can you give yourself the experience of being fully you more? Come to Bampot on Wednesday, December 17th to spend time reflecting together on these questions, and hopefully, building community through doing so as our messy, contradicting, unpolished, magical selves.
Tickets, more info- including accessibility info- available on Eventbrite ❣️ Please note that this event is intended to be a queer space, for queer people and only queer people, to build community through discussion ❣️
