Beach Reads Day at Hanlan's Point

Join us for a relaxing day of reading under the sun at Hanlan's Point Beach*! Grab your favorite book, towel, and sunscreen, and unwind with fellow queer book lovers! Book club members and non-members are all welcome. Bring a pal or two or three.

What to bring:

   A book to read!
   A towel or blanket to sit on
   A beach chair if you wish
   An umbrella if you're sensitive to sun
   Sunscreen & water for hydration!
   Snacks to fuel you!
   Bug spray if you wish
   Sunglasses
   Your beach attire

*Hanlan's Point Beach is a historically queer beach, and is nude friendly. If being in a nudist environment is a concern for you, there are other areas of the island that may suit you better than the main beach. Attendees are encouraged to sit where they feel most comfortable.
