CJ WILEY's distinct voice carries their project with the wit, candour, and excitement of an artist with a striking perspective and a heart that demands to be heard. They are aflame in a stirring spectrum of soulful twang and the electric grumblings of grungy guitars, sometimes in the space of a single song. Wiley has established a wide reaching sound of nighttime cruising melancholy, full-hearted campfire warmth, and anthemic rock just a few speakers shy of a stadium.
Already a mainstay in Canada’s music scene having opened for artists like Tokyo Police Club, Boy Golden, US Girls, Juliana Riolino and performed at festivals like Mariposa Folk Fest, Super Crawl, Riverfest Elora and Tiny Lights. They’ve also staked their claim as a leader in the queer community as the host of the Big Gay Night concert series as well as with their performances at Pride Toronto (2022, 2023 & 2025).
2025 marked the release of So Brand New, Wiley’s debut full length LP. The artist sojourned to Winnipeg to record with Boy Golden and that polished western resonance is obvious from the album’s first blasts. It’s a passionate, tongue-in-cheek statement of certainty in themselves, a down-and-dirty roots-rock revelation that burns in a firestorm of its own conviction. Wiley sings of starting fresh, loss, gender, and how expensive it is to be alive, carving out a decisive path for themselves on a highway into and over the horizon — and they’re bringing you with them.
WALLGRIN is the experimental art-pop project of Toronto-based composer, vocalist and violinist Tegan Wahlgren. Drawing from a background in Celtic fiddle and choral singing, Wallgrin’s sound moves between lush string-based orchestration, beat-driven pop and ornate vocal arrangements. Their spirited and raw live performances have led them to perform at Iceland Airwaves, Pop Montreal, The Great Escape, and Tallinn Music Week.
CHAR ARAGOZA is the bassist/lead vocalist of psych dream pop group Mother Tongues. She is also a multi-instrumentalist who has performed with acts such as Austra, Luna Li, Pantayo, Shania Twink, and Goldie Boutilier, having toured across Canada, the US, Europe, and Asia.
Bug Bogart is the leading man alter ego from queer musician/ producer Julia Wittmann (they/ she). Wittmann braved the Toronto beat with their band Absolute Treat for nearly a decade, and all the while cut their teeth as a session guitarist/ bassist with other Canadian artists such as Ducks Ltd, Breeze, CJ Wiley, Wild Black, and Nyssa. With influences from Talking Heads to Roxy Music, from Robert Palmer to Pulp, Bug’s an earnest man who enjoys a big band, winking humour, and campy theatrics. He’s also got a penchant for indie-sleaze and dance-rock - an interest made obvious by his guitar and synthesizer tones. Bug’s debut alt-rock album Takes A Bite will be released in the Fall of 2026.
