Promise Electric Garden Party! w/Ozmozis

Come to the Electric Garden Party!

It’s our spring-season alter-ego event to the German Sparkle Party! …and we use the same banging warehouse complex we made a sparkly mess of last December. It’s a perfect time of year to celebrate spring and get everyone together again. The sun's coming out, the clocks are moving back, and everything's feeling a whole lot brighter and more electric.

This event brings together the Promise and Ozmozis communities for the first time. We’ve both been celebrating creative indoor events for years now, and this one should be super special - combining the lush beautiful big-room feel of Ozmozis with the lighter tighter warehouse feel of Promise, and all the decor touches that bring it to life.

Bring your friends, bring a smile, wear a touch of colour with your techno best or go full flower and creative. Dive into a luscious warehouse garden together.

Visiting DJ info

John ‘00’ Fleming

John is one of the best of the old-school English progressive and trance dj’s and has literally changed lives over and over. We knew his sound well back in the day, and he recently came up hot in our feed - now on regular repeat in the Promise office. Ozmozis has brought him regularly to Toronto and so we all decided to team up for his next major visit.

As the scene moves ahead, we see the current great techno artists regularly referencing that delicious late-90s trance sound in their sets. There’s a newfound enthusiasm for those big surging powerful moments that just overwhelm the dancefloor. We've lost our shit to that sound many times, and it’s exciting to bring in one of the greats who is still a huge leader in the scene.

Ron Like Hell

Ron is a genius dj all-rounder - amazing at everything he plays. An exciting fresh first booking for the Promise team and for the Electric Garden Party!, we feature his tight cheeky American dancefloor sound with plenty of surprises and possibilities. Think gay NYC club vibes with a bit of Detroit.

Ron's a mainstay of queer techno parties across the US, playing regularly at Honcho, Sustain Release Club Toilet, Good Room, and his own Wrecked NYC events. We’ve heard such great sounds coming from that scene in the last few years and we’re super proud to again feature one of the best!
